Dr. Ayman El-Hattab and Engineer Mais Kanaan, the Founders of MENA Organization for Rare Diseases, had the great pleasure to meet Engineer Ramin Gilani, the Director of Gilani Mobility, and Mr. Khaled Khateb, Dubai Brunch Manager of Gilani Mobility at Gilani Mobility facility (https://www.gilanimobility.ae/) in Dubai on 17 June 2023.  

Gilani Mobility is originally founded in Australia and located to Dubai in October 2022. Gilani Mobility is specialized in mobility aids and provides high-quality products/services for people of determination, covering the entire Middle East region. Gilani Mobility provides a wide range of services related to people of determination from assistive technology, mobility aid, driving solutions, transfer solutions, wheelchair accessible vehicles, car/van conversions/modifications, renting/hiring services, healthcare products, and home/building modifications.  

It was a great opportunity to learn from Engineer Ramin Gilani Mr. Khaled Khateb the impressive work Gilani Mobility does and to see the outstanding equipment they have and the modifications they can implement to help people of determination regardless of their ages and needs. Having such an outstanding factory in Dubai will provide a great support for people of determination.  

MENA Organization for Rare Diseases was established in Dubai to serve and support people with rare diseases in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The organization’s goals are to educate and spread awareness about rare diseases, connect patients and healthcare provides to exchange knowledge and experience, and support people with rare diseases and their families. MENA Organization for Rare Diseases is looking forward to more collaboration and cooperation with Gilani Mobility aiming to help in providing more support for people with rare diseases and special needs.
